In life, we have many milestones from first step to first word, first kiss, first child, etc. In CrossFit, we tend to focus on other milestones: kipping pull ups, 2x body weight (BW) deadlift, handstand push ups, putting on the “skinny jeans,” and the elusive muscle up.  Don’t forget though that every second shaved, every pound added, and every minuscule improvement in a movement is a milestone.  Give yourselves the pats on the back you deserve and take the time to feel good about every accomplishment.
