Recipe of the Month: Gluten Free Brownies

Ok, so the month’s about over, but better late than never, right? Since Sunday tends to be the day most of our members pick to “cheat” on their diets, let me at least suggest the option of cheating “gluten-free.” While it’s NOWHERE near Paleo, you’ll at least not do damage to your body with gluten that would take your body two weeks to recover from. This idiot-proof brownie mix bakes up fluffy, gooey, and delicious. Top with some crushed walnuts and real whipped cream and you have a cheat that’s at least the lesser of the evils.

I can vouch for the deliciousness of the brownies Ruth posted on. They’re surprisingly good, and should satisfy any cravings for sweets you may experience.
