Good for the Goose
A few days ago, I promised the ladies a little tit for tat. The above body was also “hecho en CrossFit.” Now that I have your attention, I’m happy to announce CrossFit Intrepid’s Inaugural Group WOD at Recreation Park this Saturday, September 5th at 9:00am! Come join us for a free introductory WOD and meet the gang!
To get there, from Sepulveda, turn west on Grand Av and enter the parking lot by turning north on Sheldon or Eucalyptus, and park. We’ll meet in the parking lot by the stairs leading down to the tennis courts (in the above picture, it’ll be in the middle of the long parking lot parallel to Grand). Can’t wait to see you all there! Bring water!!
