Congrats to Sean, who returned from CrossFit Marina yesterday as our newest Level I Trainer. Sean has been CrossFitting off and on since May of 2008, introducing himself to Helen without knowing how to do kipping pullups. His collegiate football background was evident from the get-go as he posted times that dominated our whiteboard. He’s managed to bridge the gap between strength and met-con that we as CrossFitters all strive for, leaving a wake of haters behind him.
Feel free to corner him and grill him on any of the nine basic movements as well as his highly effective Rodgers Progression for rowing!

Congratulations Sean on Level 1 and Great work Ruth on the highly coveted level 2 this weekend.
I will be using the Rodgers method tonight when I do one of Khalipa’s WOD’s. 100M Row on the minute for 20 Minutes!
