There’s a reason you don’t like running. You suck at it.

says Brian MacKenzie (CrossFit Newport Beach and CrossFit Endurance). Not one to mince words, B-Mac, states the obvious, but it still stings. No one wants to suck at anything, but running just adds insult to injury. You’re huffing through the dredges of “Michael,” “Helen,” or worse yet, “Murph,” and realize with dread that you also have a crapload of other movements to get through. Your lungs are burning, you can’t catch your breath, and your legs feel like jelly. Sound familiar? If it doesn’t, I hate you…yes you, Jake.
CrossFit Endurance’s site has a host of videos with drills that go into the POSE technique. I know we’ve posted about this before, but here is a short list of videos that will help us all suck less at running:

Great job Nick and Michael! Serious props to Nick for working out.
Next time, let’s not give Marcus time to change the WOD around too much.

Whoa!!! I just read this post. Its not my fault that I can run like the wind blows:P When we get the box going I say we do Murph first week. Just sayin.
