Have you ever made the effort to look at the ingredient list on the back of the box to check if it’s truly gluten free? That was a trick question. The answer SHOULD be that you only buy produce, meat, and nuts and don’t have any boxes of food that require much of an ingredient list, but since we don’t live in a fantasy paleo world, here’s an extensive list of foods that contain gluten:

You lost me at beer…haha. Effin’ gluten is everywhere. That list is helpful as you will often see those ingredients in seemingly harmless products.
