Guerrilla Warfare: CrossFit Style

Back in May of this year, CrossFit Northern Ireland single-handedly began a cult following with the simple burpee. Yes, I know most of you are grumbling right now just from hearing the word, but this challenge involves just ONE burpee. And huge cajones…if you want to win. From now until the end of the month (Halloween), CrossFit Intrepid is throwing down the Guerrilla Burpee challenge.
Mission: Complete one burpee in street clothes and have someone video it (you know you all have that app on your phones). Most importantly, try to get some of the reactions from the unsuspecting non-CrossFitters around you. Here are some hysterical videos. Points for outrageousness and originality! Join the Facebook Group and see GBs from all over the world!
