Wikipedia defines a harvest festival as an annual celebration which occurs around the time of the main harvest of a given region, typically featuring feasting, eating, merriment, contests, music and romance.

China has the Moon Festival, Britain has various Celtic celebrations, and we have Thanksgiving. This year, CrossFit Intrepid have lots to be thankful for. We’ve grown from a family to a small clan that would rival the size of a Filipino family reunion! We have a home to call our own now, and the PRs are just beginning!

Thank you all for gutting it out and sticking with us through these months. Looking forward to reaping the benefits and harvesting the goodness this next year together.

Oh, Marcus, I can’t wait until your birthday to one up that photo! At least you showed me some mercy and didn’t upload the pancake shot!

Thanks so much for that post! I’m happy to be responsible for bringing out the bitch-slapper coach in you. I’m so thankful for all of you for making our gym the warm welcoming place that inspires me to work out and become a better athlete and coach.

=)

Hey now, I showed a lot of mercy! That picture wasn’t bad at all. I was debating over using the picture of us stumbling down the sand dune like we were late for the short bus. And yes, pancakes would’ve been another winner. (I won’t even mention the post idea that was suggested I run for your b-day haha)
