Obviously, it goes unspoken that Thanksgiving was an automatic cheat day. But the problem arises when you wake up from your food coma the next day with a carb hangover the size of Texas, stumble into the kitchen, open the fridge and see: LEFTOVERS. Stuffing, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce (aka sugar), and gravy… What to do? You don’t want to waste the food, but do you continue the cycle of nutritional assault to your body?

My advice? I know the gym is closed today, but rally up some faithful friends, find a park or beach, and improvise a WOD. Hit it hard. Afterwords, see if you still crave the carbs. Maybe you’ll instead crave a leftover turkey salad with some sweet potato. Or maybe not, but at least you’ll have gotten a WOD in before you get sucked into another gluten assault! Remember what Marcus says though: Paleo Or Die!

Mmmm.. leftovers, turkey sandwich with the moist maker is gonna a great end to a great holiday… Time to get back into the groove of things and wod it up
