CF Accomplishments: Learning how to push through the suck, and continually improving and achieving short and mid range goals.
CF Goals: Get to 100% capacity, strict muscle up, 2xBW DL

Nick found CrossFit six months ago and has quickly made a reputation for himself as one who WODs like a man possessed. From day one, the greatest challenge for anyone training Nick is knowing how to reign him back! This firebreather not only embraces the suck, he charges at it. Nick had hip surgery in October and was back in the gym less than a week later. At the rate he’s crushing WODs already, I can’t wait to see his PRs when he’s 100%!

When not CrossFitting, Nick can be found at the local surf breaks, teaching EMT courses at UCLA, helping friends in need move mats into/out of gyms (we heart you, Nick), running around West Hollywood dressed as a pirate, and getting ready for the Fire Academy. Also, Nick is known be be quite the chocolate truffle chef, so he’s quite popular at pot lucks!
