Unfortunately not really a PR since I hit 330 for a High Backsquat at CFSB over the summer.  But I still feel pretty good about it.  I feel like I&#039;m pretty much 100% back after taking a month off with a gimpy knee in October.  Anna is thinking, &quot;Quit your whining! I do this with 1 arm!!!&quot;  :)</description>
