Super pumped with my workout today.  My 1RM Bench Press over the summer was 195#.  I hit 235# today!!  Super psyched.  (I think my lifetime max was 205# in 1999.)

Bench 1-1-1-1-1
185-195-205-225-235# PR

Can&#039;t remember what my time was for the WOD, maybe 5-6 minutes (20# WB/24Kg KBS).  KBS were rough.  

Thanks Ruth, Marcus, and Sean for pushing me to new heights!!</description>
