Since the post with the future layout of CF Intrepid we’ve been busy getting new toys for the gym.  We’ve added to our KB inventory with 26# and 44# KBs as well as more 18# and 35#.  We also received more 45# bumper plates with more due in this week.  One benefit of having a boring full-time job is we are able to thoroughly monitor Craigslist for deals, and our dedication paid off this week as we were able to score 4 Concept 2 Model D Rowing ergometers with PM-4 monitors!  These machines came from a Rowing club in Marina Del Rey so they’ve been blessed and broken in by true rowers.  And last, but not least, we acquired large tires for your flipping pleasure.
