		<description>Jeff!!  Good to see you on here!  Kayaks are great for your core and obliques.  You start by sitting in a piked position on the floor, balancing with your legs off the floor (in a &#039;V&#039;).  Hold a kettlebell by the handles, as close to where the handles meet the ball, rotate from left to right, tapping it on the ground beside your hip.   Keep your trunk tight and use those obliques to twist.  (We&#039;ll post a video of it tomorrow with some of our members demonstrating it!)</description>
