Finally, after much anticipation, the pull up bars have been installed! Just imagine the movements that we’ll be able to add to the repertoire:
pull ups (duh)
progressions for handstand pushups
knees to elbows
skin the cat
ring dips/pushups/rows
L-sits
one-arm pull ups
one-man party (one arm pull up, beer in hand, down the beer at the top before you return)
Oh, the possibilities! We’ll have a pull up clinic during Monday’s class for a refresher, but today we’ll have to break in the bars properly!
