Hey everyone! Ruth  & I just want to say hello from beautiful Colorado.  We’re having a great weekend, and so far there are no snowboarding related injuries to report!  When not at the gym I’d encourage you to get out and enjoy the outdoors.  If you enjoy skiing or snowboarding Mammoth mountain just got 27″ of snow the other day and is having some of its best snowfall ever.  If winter sports don’t peak your interest, the Southern California area offers great surfing, hiking, camping, climbing, and many other outdoor activities for all ages and activity levels.  Get out there and enjoy the great weather and beautiful mother nature.
