@Shauna, they&#039;re consecutive.  This challenge is to work up to 31 consecutive pull ups.  Strict, kipping, chin up, alt grip, and even bands allowed if you don&#039;t have pull ups without them.  They&#039;re good as long as your hands stay on the bar and feet are off the ground.  

Having said that, I&#039;m afraid I&#039;m going to end up seeing some creative hanging from the bar techniques... *sigh*</description>
