The Big Three

To say that our 70′s Big costume WOD was a smashing success would be an understatement, to say the least. Above you’ll see the Big Three who are undeniably tied for first place in the unofficial costume contest. We were delighted by the ingenuity and the enthusiasm you all showed in your outfits yesterday. Just as we were delighted in your efforts and accomplishments in the max height box jumps you all logged. Individual and gym PRs were set left and right!  See more pictures here.

Pumping Iron

Dustin finished off the month with 26 days and some change, relentlessly making up numerous days where the pull up bar search went dry. Well done, Dustin! The Cup was much deserved. A big round of applause for everyone for sticking with it as long as you did! Many of you graduated to lower bands, while others PR’d their max pull ups every day this month.

On to the April Challenge: OHS (no this is not an April Fool’s joke). Details will follow during the month so our gamers can’t sandbag or cheat. Just a heads up so you guys with tight shoulders start getting friendly with that PVC pipe!

Make Up Day

Those of you who missed Tuesday’s WOD (that’s a whole LOT of you) may want to make it up as it is quite relevant to April’s challenge!
