Warrior Dash

The gym is closed today due to the Warrior Dash. Best of luck to Michael and Steph who will be participating! Come back wearing those viking hats, you hear?!
For the rest of you, it’s time to take advantage of the beautiful terrain we have here in the South Bay. Might I suggest a meet up here at the gym at 9am (or 10am if the Control Group insists), carpool over to the beach, and WOD in the grand outdoors?

At the beach:
Warm up:
jog to the water and
2rds: 10 push ups, 10 Walking Lunges, 5 Bounds (broad jumps)
With a partner, complete:
2rds:
20 Partner Pistols
30 Leaping Burpees
40 Partner Push Ups
50 Sit Ups

Rogue Fitrness' Partner Pistols
For partner pistols, hold on to your partner’s hand as you both squat below parallel on one leg.

For partner push ups, slap hands with your partner at the top of each push up.
Cool down:
Stretch and bask in the sun.
