Yes, I’ve jumped on the bandwagon and got myself an iPhone recently. Inevitable, I have also gotten lost in the sea of endless applications.  Some are completely useless, but can serve to entertain for hours on end. However, I managed to find a few apps that are post worthy and want to link to them for my fellow iphone-holics. I don’t have all of these, but I plan on T&E’ing them in the near future.

Ooh the CFI app! Hopefully it will have a feature that will email trainers when the athlete is not eating paleo!!! :-)
