Today is the last day of the month, which means we’ll be holding our April Challenge Overhead Squat-off. Earlier this month, we found our 3-rep max and recorded the weights used. Today, we’ll be taking that weight and seeing how many consecutive reps we can get using that weight. Max reps takes the Cup!
