Coming to America

We’re back home today (barring any volcano eruption or other unforeseen delays!) and can’t wait to get back in the gym. It was a delightful whirlwind 2 weeks and we’ve been able to get some bodyweight and gymnastics WODs in here and there, but we miss the smell of the rubber bumper plates, the gritty feel of chalk, and the sound of heavy bumpers hitting the ground.
A huge thank you to Marcus for pulling double duty and to Chip and Avelyne for subbing for us. Thanks for hanging in there with canceled morning classes, AM people! There may be a 5pm class available in the near future if there’s enough demand, so stay tuned!
