@Al, the best part of BGDC day was the AMRAP around the food table between WODs!! Thanks to you and Michelle for having us out this weekend!

I’m outta town that weekend but will be more than willing to do the post surgery make up day!!

Hey Ruth… Jack needs a kick in the pants. Post-surgery progress is going slow and he needs to get stronger for surgery next month on the other knee. Get on him!!!
