70s Big Seminar

Justin and A.C. held a weightlifting workshop last night and many people benefited from their new cues to work on, be it mid-foot, belly, tall, or don’t ‘scott’ it! Thanks to Nate and Rhonda from Beach Side CrossFit for coming all the way down from Ventura to join us.
Today we’ll be holding the 70s Big Seminar from 10am to 4pm to talk about the importance of strength building in training and how to do it. Come on down and take this opportunity to meet Justin and A.C.!

In Teams of 2:
AMRAP 15
30 Box Jumps (NLP competitors do KB Snatches)
7 Deadlifts
7 Burpees
Buy in at the start of the clock with the Box Jumps.
One partner completes deadlifts while other performs burpees.

Thanks Justin and AC for the tips. Thanks for visiting CFI. Hopefully next time you visit we’ll all be rocking the olympic lifts with impeccable…or at least improved…form.
