I was nursing an injury going in and knew that the only thing I could really focus on was eating clean. For the first month, I stuck to the Whole 30 and was feeling great. However, after some set backs with my foot/leg, I fell into somewhat of a “depression” mode and since I couldn’t work out, gave up somewhat and just ate whatever I felt like.

After the dunk, I still lost 5 lbs total, 3% body fat, and 7 lbs of fat, while still gaining almost 3 lbs of lean muscle. Not being able to workout for almost the entire challenge, I guess it was a bit of a success.
