    We currently do not have an On-Ramp scheduled. On-Ramps require a minimum of 3 athletes, so if you are interested please contact us.

    Trial Classes available on Tuesdays 6:30am, 7:30am, 12pm, 4pm, and 7pm ONLY. Reserve your free first class by selecting "Drop In" and using the "FREE" code in the promo box! Some of our evening classes (5pm and 6pm) have reached capacity. If you are interested in those classes, please email ruth@crossfitintrepid.com for info.
