Great news for those of you on the March challenge — we’re a little over halfway through the month, so hang in there! (The not-so-good news is that it only gets tougher from here…) I’m really happy to see so many people already noticing the benefits, for example Corrine getting her first unassisted pullup due to all the negatives she’s been working this month!

So who’s still on board? Cristina was doing some crazy amounts of makeup to get back on track and I was impressed she didn’t throw in the towel. I myself didn’t feel like braving the wind yesterday to do pullups at my local park, so I’ll be pulling double duty today. Here’s the initial roster of 29 participants, let me know if you’re still playing along.

I sadly heard we lost one participant to some soreness, even though she noticed an improvement in her strength. In fact, you may have started to notice some painful spots as the month has been going along. For myself, it tends to affect my elbows. In others, it may be in the pecs or lats. Due to the ever increasing volume, make sure you give yourself some TLC in the areas where you may need it. As always, KStar over at MobilityWOD has plenty of fixes for what ails you.

Tight lats? Bam!

Junky elbows? He’s got that covered too!

Keep up the good work… including mobilizing!

Still in for pullups! Getting behind is the worst…damn that cold wind from yesterday making me not want to do them.

I’m still in! And thanks for the lats video. I need some serious stretching to get me through these days.
