CrossFit Intrepid seeks not only to enable the community of El Segundo to achieve their fitness goals, but to improve their lifestyles through proper nutrition and recovery.   We focus on building strength not only for functional fitness, but to prevent injuries, whether you play ball or chase after your grandchildren.   We also stress high intensity training that is scalable for every individual and only load weights proportionate to skill and strength levels. Every workout is a gut check for every athlete from soccer mom to soldier, from junior high student to senior citizen.
