FOUNDATIONS

Our Foundations Series includes 3 private training sessions where a CrossFit Intrepid coach will teach you the basic techniques and movements behind CrossFit WODs.  At the end of each session, there will be a workout created specifically using the movements learned that day.  The sessions serve to:

  • Assess your current fitness level and determine areas that need greater work/flexibility.
  • Teach you CrossFit’s foundational movements (squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo-deadlift high pull and medicine ball clean) as well as numerous other movements included in our workouts.
  • Introduce you to proper nutrition to achieve performance and lifestyle goals.

MEMBERSHIP RATES

Unlimited:$150/mo ($7/class if you attend 5 days/week).
Three Classes per Week: $120/mo
Two Classes per Week: $100/mo

Drop In/Class: $20

PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

One-on-one sessions are recommended for those want a program tailored for your specific goals, focusing on optimizing your strengths and attacking your weaknesses.   It’s a great alternative to group class if you:

  • have a schedule that demands more flexibility
  • have been sedentary for some time and want to be eased into the group class
  • are training for a specific sport/event
  • want to work on specific lifts or weaknesses

Starting at $75/hr

DISCOUNTS

First responders, military (active and reserve), teachers, and students receive a 20% discount. We also offer a 20% discount for family members living in the same household.
