Many of you have asked what WODs you can do on the road. From time to time, we will review easy “to-go” WODs that involve very little equipment. The Jump Rope is a fantastic tool for metabolic conditioning. Boxers, who require an insane level of stamina and endurance, utilize the jump rope as a component of their training. In CrossFit, we encounter the jump rope in the form of double unders in numerous WODs. Check out this article about jumping rope and the examples he gives for workouts that are incredibly similar to our WODs.   He also writes about what kinds of ropes to invest in and how to prevent wear and tear on them.   Here are just a few jump rope WODs:
