Now that your bodies and minds are prepped from last month’s Paleo Challenge, we’ve got another lovely challenge for you.  At the end of the month, we’ll have you complete max burpees in 5 minutes.  Does that mean you’ll see lots of burpees in future WODs?  Most likely!  Does that mean we’ll be working on burpee skillwork all month long?  Heck yea!  Does that mean you’ll be screaming, “I heart burpees!” at the end of the month?  Well, that depends on how much of a masochist you are…
