Does that picture make you miss a nice bowl of cereal in the morning??? Not anymore! Nick and I tried making some primal cereal the other day and it turned out great. It takes very little work and it’s a great snack. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 cups almond meal
2 cups shredded coconut
1 cup raw pepitas
1 cup almond slivers
1 cup sunflower seeds
~3/4 cup coconut oil
~1/2 cup honey

Mix all of the dry ingredients first, then add the coconut oil and honey (I melted both the coconut oil and the honey to make it easier to mix). Stir it until everything is sufficiently coated. Put it all on a baking sheet and spread it out. Bake at 300 F and keep moving it around with a spatula every 10 min or so until it brows (when it browns it happens fast, so be careful not to burn it).

Vanilla or cinnamon could potentially be other additions to change up the flavor. I just bought all of the ingredients at sprouts in the bulk section, with the exception of shredded coconut which was in the spices aisle.
