Double Unders can be a popular goat for many beginning CrossFitters. Heck, it may be a goat for many veterans too (myself included)! There’s really nothing more frustrating (unless you’re a closet sadist) than whipping that rope around as fast as you can, knowing that it will most likely whip you unforgivingly in the shins, behind, toes, etc. I’ve finished many a WOD with red welts all over, begging curious raised eyebrows from the non-CrossFitting community.

So, to prevent you from becoming a welted pariah, take a gander at this excellent video from Again Faster and see if you can check off this goat and move on to the next!

I learned alot going to try them my rope is kind of heavier than the one they were using.
