Many of you have taken a liking to gymnastics skills and have asked for resources to improve on handstand holds, hspu’s, and of course the holy grail muscle up. Here are two incredible websites that have loads of info on those movements and progressions for them.

I’ve spend a few hours already on Beast Skills and have started to peruse Drills and Skills. It’s humbling, encouraging, and awe-inspiring at the same time. Take a look when you have time and pick a skill as your goal for the next four weeks. Post your goal to comments and we’ll revisit them in a month to check them off the list!

Effortless, his movements are so precise and executed with such finesse.

I want to be like Andreas, although, I don’t think I’d do the community any favors if I wore tights.

LOL, ancient crossfit secret:

tights will get you your muscle up faster. the trade off may be your social life suffering, but it’s worth it!
