Congratulations to Ali on becoming a father in the wee hours of the morning. The much anticipated Jassim Al-Nasser weighed in at 7 lbs, 12 oz and was 20 in. We’ll definitely get CrossFit Kids up and running by the time Jassim is old enough!

Congratulations Ali! Good kid… stayed in there as long as he could, but left without being induced. I like him already. I hope you have a wonderful weekend with your new family :)
