Most of you will be traveling by plane this holiday season, confined to the death by chair position that Kelly Starett often talks about for hours on end. Most of the time the seats are cramped and the backs are designed for a over flexed thoracic back, with no lumbar support, and your head jutted way forward from the uncomfortable head “rests.”

K-Star lists a few things you can do to counter the Spanish Inquisition chair during the flight in the video above. After landing, he talks about the importance of ‘ungluing’ yourselves from that permanent seated position. Remember when your mom said if you made a nasty face, it’ll freeze like that? Well, the same applies to your body. The seated position is ugly, and you do NOT want your body to freeze like that.

Hey Matt, the programming is already done for the week and is designed to not conflict with the days preceeding and following it. Sorry!
