Dream Team from Inaugural WOD

Dream Team from Inaugural WOD

As if you didn’t spend enough of your day worrying about a WOD, counting Zone/Fat/Carb/Protein blocks, planning your cheat meals, cursing your trainer for the soreness in your hammies and glutes, or calculating your power output from last night’s WOD, we’re now assigning you homework.

Yep. This next week, we’ll be assigning you mobility homework based on the junk in your body. Be it a tight Achilles, tight hammies, or bad posture in general, you’ll be given exercises that ‘mobilize’ you in the region you have problems in. These exercises are to be done at a minimum 2-3 times a day. A few minutes pre-WOD and a few minutes before bed is all we are asking of you. Think of it as an investment for future PRs. Or think of it as impending wallball punishment if you don’t. And yes, you’ll be expected to post homework along with your WOD times!

Yes, but in CrossFit, we do ‘active detention’ otherwise known as burpees or wallballs!
